Quiet Hours To respect neighbors: • Sunday–Thursday: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM • Friday–Saturday: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM • No loud music, shouting, or amplified sound during these times. 4. Parking Rules • Park only in the driveway or designated parking area. • Do not park on the street, lawn, or easement. 5. Fire must never be left unattended. • Grills must be used in a safe location away from structures. • Turn off propane immediately after grill use; do not put charcoal in propane grills. • All fires and grilling are subject to local burn bans and fire restrictions; no outdoor flames when bans are in effect. • Guests are responsible for all fire-related damage or fines due to improper use. 11. Liability • Owners are fully responsible for any injury or property damage caused by their pet, including harm to neighbors, other guests, or property. • This includes any vet bills, repair costs, or legal fees if a pet bites or damages property. 11. Removal • If a pet becomes disruptive, aggressive, destructive, or violates rules, guests may be asked to remove the pet immediately without refund. • No Tampering: Don’t tamper with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment. 12.
